what is ISA?
The ISA is an organized group of invitation and stationery manufacturers who have united to share information, ideas and a voice to better serve the needs of their customers and ultimately strengthen the industry for all. The association and its individual members are dedicated to preserving the professional integrity of the stationery industry and provide a shared wisdom and collective vision for its bright future.
The National Stationery Show provides the ideal forum for leading companies and buyers to showcase their creativity and launch the hottest new trends into marketplace.
Proudly, ISA calls many of these leaders, Members.
In this era of email, cell phones and instant messaging, ISA promotes the connection that comes from written communication. ISA celebrates the printed word...in clever invitations, greeting cards, personal notes, and memo pads.
On behalf of the President and the board of directors, you are invited to get to know our members.
Please visit our booths or our website and be prepared to "catch" our collective enthusiasm!

"ISA gives me a common ground to get to know fellow manufacturers. Many of whom have become great resources, sounding boards and friends! It's been nice to realize that I'm not an island - after all we all reach the same professional peaks and valleys."
Denise Schroeck, dinky designs & co.
"The ISA is a great way to get to know others in the industry and help to evolve the marketplace to better our businesses.
Synergy can be a powerful thing, especially for new businesses."Mark Smith, Envelopments
"I am a social person so joining the ISA has been a great way for me to mingle with others in our industry to share information and have fun together at our Fall Meeting."
Deborah Field, Take Notice Cards
"The ISA has always been a great source of motivation for me. Product aside, talking with a group of business people like myself that run smaller companies - and love doing it, always helps me take on the new year with a new found spirit for our industry."
Angie Becerra, Colors by Design
"The ISA is a terrific networking resource. I've learned something new at every meeting I've been to and it's invaluable to have someone else to call when I need to brainstorm or bounce ideas around."
Elaine Stillman, Penny Laine Papers
"I would have to say ONE of the values of the group is the opportunity to build relationships with fellow manufacturers.
These relationships allow the trusted exchange of ideas and issues. The other personal gain for me is mentoring to new manufacturers and sharing some of the difficulties in hopes that they won't have to make some of the same mistakes along the way. While time is precious to everyone- especially in our fast paced world juggling business and family- I still believe
that the value of this group in promoting the manufacturers of invitations and announcements in the social stationery market
is most worthy."Mary Lou Granite-Meyer, Socially Yours
"The whole is greater than the sum of the parts it's made of. Together the ISA is a much stronger group and carries a lot more weight than any of us individually."
Page Doby, Putnam House
"...an opportunity to meet other manufacturers and share ideas to promote the industry."
Gary Lainer, The Chatsworth Collection
